A vital part of the Nursing Home Team that cares for our residents and supports the nursing staff. To provide person-centred care in accordance with their assessed needs.
Under the supervision and guidance of the home’s nursing & senior care staff, carry out a wide range of duties of care, supporting residents in all aspects of their daily life.
Deliver a warm and friendly service to residents and their relatives, promoting the professional image of the service through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour, and professional appearance.
