We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Assistant – previous experience desired but not essential. This role is a vital part of the Ancillary Team that supports our residents’ needs and supports the Nursing and Care Team
The main purpose of the job is
- Carry out all cleaning duties as directed by the Home Manager to the required company standards in all areas of the Nursing Home
- Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly deep cleaning schedules are adhered to
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is correctly and safely used and kept in a safe condition. Report any defects to the Home Manager

We are currently recruiting a part time RGN/Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Team to be able to cover our day and night shift
- Working as part of a team to provide and supervise the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient high-quality nursing care to the residents in accordance with up to date professional practice and Countryview Procedures
- Lead the shift, supervise unqualified staff, and work without direct supervision
A busy and varied role, however, the main duties include
- Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan
- Accurately monitor and record observations on patients’ conditions
- Maintain accurate records of residents’ care and medication administration
- Identify care planning needs
- Carry out risk assessment
- Record patients’ vital signs and medical information
- Re-evaluate patient care plan as conditions change
- Consult and coordinate with other members of the Nursing Team
- Direct and supervise less experienced nursing staff
- Monitor patients’ diet and exercise
- Conduct supervisions for unqualified staff
- Participate in clinical improvements and offer ideas on clinical and non-clinical policies
- Proactively develop professional and clinical skills in order to enhance knowledge and skills needed for safe and effective practice
- Contribute to the development of new ideas in nursing in respect of stimulation for residents to improve their quality of life
- Assist with the investigation of any complaints
- Report any issues that arose during each shift

A vital part of the Ancillary Team supporting the Registered Manager and the wider Nursing and Care Team
Main duties to include
- Managing company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Perform data entry roles including updating records and databases for personnel, training, financial and legal information including archiving as required
- Manage inventory of office and general supplies (excluding medication)
- Handling basic bookkeeping duties and billing cycles
- Manage annual servicing calendar for company equipment
- Manage the visitor appointment bookings for residents
- Organise meetings, scheduling appointments as required
- Be aware of company policies and procedures and ensure requirements are incorporated into practice
- Excellent knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint essential
- Knowledge of WordPress – desirable but not essential
- Professional in all aspects of service delivery internally and externally
